Offer Levels All students require basic literacy and numeracy skills such as GCSE in English language and Maths (or equivalent) in addition to qualifications such as:
A2/AS level 300 points (21 units), including BBB (Chemistry plus one from Biology, Physics or Maths) at A2 level.
International Baccalaureate 32 points (15 at Higher).
Irish Leaving Certificate or Scottish Highers, including BBBB (Chemistry, English plus one from Biology, Physics or Maths).
Higher National Certificate/Diploma distinction overall. Mature students and those without standard qualifications may gain access on completion of certain approved access/ foundation courses with overall average >70%. Graduates with a first class or upper second degree from a UK University or equivalent.

Professional Recognition The School obtained approval from the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain (RPSGB) for its first intake to the MPharm Programme in 2004. The RPSGB will monitor the course over the first four years with the process of accreditation considered complete when the first cohort graduates with an MPharm degree in July 2008.
